Chronic hemodialysis is a renal replacement therapy used in patients with end-stage chronic renal failure. The procedure is performed regularly (usually three times a week) in specialized dialysis centers.
We supply all the main components and create ready-made individual kits for each procedure.

Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) is a continuous renal replacement therapy used in intensive care units to treat patients in critical conditions (e.g. sepsis, multiple organ failure, shock).
CRRT provides stable, gentle blood purification, control of fluid, electrolyte balance, and acid-base status in patients with unstable hemodynamics.
- Amplya (Medtronic) is an automated system that supports CVVH, CVVHD, CVVHDF modes. Equipped with sensors for monitoring pressure, volume, temperature, and anticoagulation. Easy to use, convenient for resuscitation personnel.
- AcuSmart (Medica, Italy) is a multifunctional system that combines CRRT, TPE (therapeutic plasma exchange), HP (hemoperfusion), CO₂ removal. Suitable for treating patients in complex clinical situations, compatible with the most modern intensive care protocols.
- Trunk lines (arterial and venous) for CRRT or TPE;
- Cartridges / filters according to the method (CVVH, CVVHDF, TPE, HP);
- Dialysis or replacement solutions (in stock or on order);
- Sterile packaging and assembly according to the requirements of the intensive care unit;
- Documentation and certificates for each product.
